My granddaughter and I opted for this healthy lunch today accompanied by my homemade sauerkraut.
I usually have leftovers from the night before for lunch, but that wasn’t the case today.
How we prepared our fish:
It really is quite easy. I really don’t fuss…
So, we prepared some Sole by adding some Himalayan salt, freshly ground pepper, a bit of lactose-free butter, and a squirt of lemon. Broil on high until fish is flaky (do not overcook otherwise, you will end up with rubbery fish).
