I recently purchased an instant pot and I’m looking forward to trying this recipe!  Beans are low in cholesterol, they are high in protein, high in iron, and high in fiber; A perfect healthy food!  The best part about beans, is that they’re very cheap to prepare.  If you’re on a budget and want to eat healthy, including beans is a very good option.
