DIY Fermented Pickles for Healthy Bacteria- Your Gut Will Thank You!

There is so much talk on the internet about the importance of consuming cultured, fermented foods such as yogurt, Kombucha, Kefir, Sauerkraut, and pickles (to name but a few) for a healthy gut.  With this in mind, here is a lovely fermented pickle recipe by “The Dancing Herbalist.”  Looks easy enough.  I can’t wait to try!  Enjoy!
