Wow! This looks delicious! I think I would substitute the sugared pecans for a plain raw pecan which I would lightly toast in a pan. Of course, if you have a problem with lactose, you can omit the cheese as well. I’m sure this would still be quite tasty. I want to try this great Salad Recipe!
